I just wanted to get this over with today. As we were driving back to Las Vegas yesterday I could feel my nose start to run, and my throat started to get sore from the drainage. I need to find some sort of way to minimize the damage that these allergens are doing to me. I can't say I ran hard during the run, but my HR was super high due to the heat (90ish) with lots of sun, dehydration (ond overheating that comes afterwards), uphill running during the first half, and lots of wind. I finished 20 miles in 2:20:40. I am just glad that I finished at close to a 7:00 average pace. If anyone knows of any natural methods (or any other method for that matter) that I can use to help with the allergies, and the resultant issues with asthma that I am having I would appreciate the info. |
