Crossfit, then ran home and added bit on for 5.05 in 39:39 (7:51). Legs have been dead since Tuesday's run, but they are coming around a bit.

Love crossfit, but I rarely ever do it.
Get those legs back. Ever tried drinking a BCAA supplement? Those help legs recover fast!
