Back in Chicago. Ran 7.30 miles from the hotel. Went out to the lake and ran north for just over 3.5 and then turned around and came back. Probably the last run here as we leave for home tomorrow morning. Fun place to run though.

Yeah, I was surprised at what a good place to run it was. Nice running for you lately. I need to get back in gear so that I can run with you and the rest of that crew that is down this way. I think it would help me a lot.
