AM Crossfit. 5 rounds for time of: 5 clean and jerks (105lbs) and 10 chest to bar pull-ups. PM 5.25 in 40:50 (7:47). Ran on the JRP starting out by Saratoga and heading north 2.5. On the way back I did 1 min on / 1 min off, 2 min on / 2 min off, etc.....up to 4 min. Just tried to push it on the "ons" and give a good effort. |
