Treadmill run. Heart health is coming back as this run was much easier than the last few weeks by a long shot. Was able to go faster with the HR staying nice and low. Averaged about a 140 HR.

Nice running weather...rained overnight and then it was cool and cloudy this a.m. Had some wind during the run but not too bad. 

HR immediately jumped up with the wind to about 150ish, even on the downhill parts. It does feel good to be outside running but my fitness is still not where I want it to be. Just trying to be consistent and steady on this upward drive to get the miles back around 30-40 per week.

Tred run. Easy. Missed the last two days due to taking people elsewhere and babysitting.

Looking to run with a buddy tomorrow morning and get at least 6 in.

Ran with my buddy Larry Shaw. Snoqualmie up Mill pond and saw Sean and Mark going the other way. about 3.5 miles in Larry tweaked his hammy so we had to walk for a bit and then jogged back to the car. 

Then I felt like I needed more so went on tred for a bit to finish up. It was so cold this am...37 at 7 am. feeling good. Going to pick up the miles here next week.
