Really slow run...not sure why it felt that way....possibly because a quarter of the run was on hilly trails. Felt good to get out...need to do speed work soon....not looking forward to that!

My run today was slow too. Part of it is I'm just tired, but I think the warm temp and the higher humidity also helps slow me down.
