| 2 days in a row! Legs feeling good still. 30 minutes treadmill and another 20 on elliptical. Was planning on 25 minutes running but then a couple good songs came on(Boston and America). Had to listen to them and finish up. Tomorrow is the turkey trot here at the ridge. Heidi is volunteering and Amanda is running the kiddie 1K and I'm taking care of baby.
