Crazy day this morning...we were in a cloud with heavy mist. It was still dark at 7:30. Just wasn't feeling like being out in the elements today so hit the tread.

Considering running the turkey trot coming up around thanksgiving. Haven't done any speed work to speak of but am going to do a 1 mile hill run tomorrow that seems to work just as well for fitness.

It's been a while since I've been in this neck of the woods. Glad to see you're still running.

Hey Burt, it's nice to be back out running(most of the time anyway). What is your next race?

I'm contemplating doing the Mesquite Marathon. The big thing is money right now and an unsure job future. But I will for sure be doing a 5k Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. You?

I'm signed up for the Turkey Trot, but I sort of wish I hadn't. Hopefully my legs will come back by then. Maybe we won't have to do it in the pouring rain this time...
