An enjoyable run along the river trail. I started at the Bloomington head (Man-o-war) and just went out 2M on the trail and then back for a 4M total. Time was 36:14 for a 9:02avg. This was really good for me. It was cold, but I was warm, except the face was a little cool - it was 27degs, not extremely cold, but for a St Georgeite - cold!

Nice run man! Already back to a 4-miler and holding the pace. I'd love some of that St George cold for a few days here...14 this morning, but no wind. Keep it up. You will be back at the top very soon. Next season (2008) should be a good one for you.
