This morning went well. I hit the road for 1.5m. I thought on Tuesday that I had that time because it was on a track - well...today I was only 36seconds slower than that day and if you see the elevation chart - it was up and down - so perhaps (for this distance anyway) I am coming along! (click on picture for a larger/clearer image)

Good run. The big accomplishment is that you got out there again. Your pace is better than mine was when I started up earlier this year. Keep hitting consistently and watch the numbers change. By the way, I do like your data reports. I assume that this is from a Garmin unit, using the motionbased service. Do you mind me asking if this comes from the free service or the upgraded service? I've been looking at doing this with my Garmin 205.

yeah - I have a Garmin 205 and just upload to motion based. It is details from the free service. I cut and paste to get it all together to post. Thanks Jeff!
