Lighter reintroduction session. Felt good, though it is a very light session. HR still got up to 177 at some point.

HR is still high, but it will come around eventually. Not terrible, jut my power to HR ratio is not quite what I have been used to. Pretty humbing "run" too.

I don't recall anything significant about this day. Just trying to work a little running back in. I get frustrated with it, then I feel like I need to do it more and feel better when I do, so here we are.

Turned 41 today. Had a pretty good day with the boys, and Megan and I were able to go to dinner, which is pretty much what I want to do these days.
