Strong wind, snow, and dogs. Not the best combo. Thought it might be a good place to do 1000M repeats, but the paved trails are closer to .40 than .62. Weather looks better later in the week (40-50 degrees).
Sunny and in the 50s during the first week of January = racing flats, light socks, short sleeve and shorts. Slowing things down a bit and working on form and staying healthy.
