90" recoveries. 7:42, 7:29, 7:19. HR was 160-166, so a little high, but effort felt fine. Probably about right I guess.
Boys had a day off before a week off, which kind of put a dent in my day off, but I got a decent workout in and will get my work done at some point I guess.
