Started very slow finished fairly strong the last 5' (8.8-10.0 for the last part)
Captain's chair after. Megan did her long run. We signed up for Glass City Half last night. I'm going to do it as a workout for whatever is on the schedule that weekend. I'm definitely not in surprise 1:20 shape as I was last year. I always find it hard to do a race as a workout, though I've only tried twice.
