North side - 6.25 miles, averaged 7:59. Did some strides. One school-to-school at 4:50 pace. Hard but controlled. Decided not to jump on it like I sometimes do.
Late: 20+ minutes of rolling and stretching, then 30+ minutes of core work.
I can't stop staring at Shalane Flanagan's arms in her finishing pic from the 15k Champs . . .
