In a hidden way I think. This morning, I was up a bit from yesterday, but my mom sent me birthday candy and I had some heavy beers (Bell's Hopslam). I think my "pace" is good given that my legs, arms, and mid-section are getting muscle back.
I've learned 2 things in the last 3 months: 1) never get out of shape 2) stay within 5-6 lbs of your typical racing weight (not 13-15!)
