Just as I was leaving for campus I got a message about a shooting at Purdue. Decided to stay home even though they have a suspect in custody. Some sort of running meditation a bit later.

Afternoon: Newtone - 9.4 miles

Evening: 30 minutes of stretching + hips and glutes exercises

Thanks, Bret. Very strange when we hear "not a typical school shooting," but it seems like it was pretty directed.
