Back at 'er. Isn't it funny how you take a little time off and you kinda forget how to properly run. Maybe it's all that balled up energy in your legs. Good to see you're feeling good (enough to run).

Sometimes a day off and my stride feels off, but a week off and it really is off. Got to get back at it. Nothing fast for a little while, but my mileage will be back up sooner than planned I am sure. After Boston my first three weeks were 40, 65, 75. But I'll run by feel. Amazing how much weight I feel like I have put on though. Not stepping on a scale for a little while!
