Treadmill - 5 miles in 38 minutes. 20 minutes of rowing. ~20 minutes of weight machines.
Chas invited us to the Y. I wasn't into the mill today, so I mixed it up. We went to Tony Packo's and I promptly negated my exercise with two Hungarian pups and a side of Mac and cheese. I need to get out and explore some new areas this week. Pretty much wore out the UT Trail. |
