No run today because I felt sick. I probably should have pushed through a few miles. As it stands I watched a documentary on the Appalachian Trail. Now I want to attempt an FKT. The record is 47 days. If a person could get themselves in good enough shape to run 50 miles a day it could be done in 44 days. How does one get in that kind of shape? I'm relatively young so it's possible, right? |
