The treadmill tempo is back! Heat index was up to 110 today and I missed my morning run so figured I would hit a late night treadmill run to avoid massive dehydration. Treated a guy in clinic for really nasty heat exhaustion. After 2 miles easy starting at 7 min mile pace bumped speed up one tenth every half mile ending at sub 6. Averaged around 6:30 pace. This was my winter staple workout and I added 2 miles and felt really relaxed until the last 2 miles. Definately a lot stronger now.
