Am - 3 miles easy from my house. Pm - Met dad at his office and we ran to Provo High track and did 3x800 workout with 400 jog rest. I ran 800s in 2:49, 2:48 and 2:45. It felt good and I felt like I could have run at least a mile at the same speed as the last one. Then ran back to dads office. |
