AM - Ran easy 2 miles felt easy. PM - Did a two mile warm up then did a progressive tempo with dad where the goal was to run every quarter mile faster than the last one. Ran a mile easy home. Overall a really good workout, and I am surprised I ran the last lap so fast. I also hit a new 3000 PR of 11:59 for the last 3000. |
