1 slow mile and 30 min on bike in the gym.  After an entire week off, I'm not limping anymore while just walking around so I thought I'd give running a chance.  It hurt.  Not as painful as the race but still bad.  Andrea thinks it might be bursitis.  This makes sense because the tops and sides of my heel are sore when I apply pressure.  It gets better with time but I don't have a ton of time until the St. George Marathon and I still have a lot of training to do.

45 minutes on the elliptical.  I think I can do some elliptical and stationary bike workouts so that I don't completely atrophy.

1 mile at about 9 min pace.  Faster than my mile on Monday.  Still a little pain but it's better.  40 min on elliptical.
