I am 15 years old. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I come from a family of 11 children. I enjoy biking, chess,  and Rubik's cubes. I have been running since I was 2. My Dad created this blog.

Cross-country meet with the roadrunner club. 1st overall for 1.5 miles. 8:46, I was still feeling kind of sick, so not my fastest time. I was behind first-place till about 1 mile. Second-place ran 8:49. I ran 3 miles in the morning and around 2.5 in warmup and cooldown.

Total of 10 today. 2X2 miles in the canyon with my Dad, Chad, and Benjamin. We started 1:45 ahead of Benjamin and when he caught up we tried to stay with him. In the first interval I started kicking about 10 meters before Benjamin caught me and stayed with him to the finish. 11:37 total time, and 70 or 71 seconds for the last 400. Chad ran 11:38 and Dad ran 78 for the last quarter. In the second interval I ran 72 for the last 400, Chad ran 69 with Benjamin and Dad ran 77. I ran another mile with Mary in 9:01(4:52, 4:09).
