I am 15 years old. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I come from a family of 11 children. I enjoy biking, chess,  and Rubik's cubes. I have been running since I was 2. My Dad created this blog.

5K race today down the Provo canyon with my family, Chad, Albert, and Jeff. It was a good race, 17:11. I felt really good. In the first mile I stayed with JoJo, Dad, and Jeff in 5:36. I made a surge and gapped them in the next quarter. The second mile was 5:34 and I was still ahead of the others. In the third mile I really pushed myself and ran 5:25 with a last 400 in 76. JoJo tried to surge and catch up, but didn't have it. Benjamin won in 15:17, Albert had 15:46, Chad ran 16:55. I could see him for most of the race but I definitely couldn't have caught him. Dad ran  17:36 and Jeff was close behind. JoJo jogged the last half mile and ended up with 18:22. Then we ran back up and paced the second, slower heat. I paced Julia with the stroller, she ran 23:01. William ran 18:50 to win the race. Stevie had a great 50 second PR in 20:08, MoMo also had a PR. He ran 20:27 I think. Not sure what time Mom or Bonnie had.
