| Good workout tonight, back up at altitude, but wanted to get a good tempo in. did a mile warmup in 6:58, then went right into the 4 mile tempo, 6:04, 5:56, 5:54, 5:53, 23:48 for 4 miles, 5:57 avg pace, my watch said 18:20 was my best 5k during the tempo, thats pretty good for the heavy shoes, warm afternoon, heavier mileage week, 9 total
