Went out to Mount Rainier Nat'l Park today and hit the mountain trails, went on and out and back loop with 1500 ft of elevation gain ont he way out and then the same elevation lost on the way back, good workout to get a solid block of hill work at a steady gradual to steep in places incline, mashed my quads pretty good on the way down though im sure, 1:06 total run time approximately, most of it gained on the way up, i think it took 36 minutes to get to my turnaround point and then 30 to get back down. hurt my foot on a rock towards then end, pretty sore tonight, fun day of running though, really liked getting into the wilderness
