Repeat miles today. 6x1600 to be exact, and it was no picnic. This was as hard of workout as ive had in a long while. Splits are as follows: 1- 5:39 2- 6:07 (straight into 20 mph winds, changed up my course after this so as to avoid wind and run through town, seemed to help) 3- 5:42 4- 5:44 5- 5:38 6- 5:42 2 mile warmup and cooldown. Total workout time was 34:32 for 6 miles which is 5:45 pace. Overall, very happy with that and the effort i put in today. Like i said, this one was a tough one and I'm glad i fought through and completed it. Nice weather too, 70 degrees again! spring is here!
