Did repeat miles today. Wanted to do 4 of them, but ended up doing 3 (5:49, 5:44, 6:00) and the last one i had to break up into a 600 (2:10), 600 (2:15) and a 400 (1:20) because of intestinal issues. My stomach was just not cooperating and i suffered through that last makeshift mile that i put together. Either way, not a bad workout for windy conditions. Don't quite have the speed i used to have as of now, but my endurance is getting better. 2.5 total warmup and cool down. |
