Today we did 30/30 and during that run felt pretty good, it seemed too easy! I think over the course of these past few weeks I've become a better runner. On Monday we did 4X1000, I ran with Annelise we really pushed our selves...Compition the whole time it was nice, we ran each lap pretty close around 5:23-5:25-5:30-5:40    we were going pretty hard, the time was Suppose-to hit was like 11:00 .....I've improved a lot! Can't wait to test again and see where I'm at now! Just finished my easy 3 for the day, went easy but the heat and humidity great! (sarcasm)
