My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 4 Sunrise. A little warmer this morning. Over-dressed. (Lyte33 178.75)
afternoon - 4.5 Highland Hills. Ran from Mav to the longer, less-steep Highland hill and ran a workout down the hill x 3. (Kinvara lime 581.75)
AM - 4 Sunrise. Another warmer morning. (F50 748.25)
afternoon - 5 Sunrise hills. A few 20 sec hills over at Sunrise.
AM - 4 Sunrise.
afternoon - 4 PV. Barefoot striders at the end. (Barefoot '14 54.75)
AM - 4 Sunrise. Another run. Headed to Cali this afternoon. Should be a lot of fun.
evening - 4 Walnut. A good shake out run with the team when we got to Cali.
AM - 8 Walnut. Ran from the hotel in a nice little loop. Ended up turning earlier than I wanted, but no big deal. (Kinvara blue 135.25)
0 - nothing today. The morning did not want to find me awake extra early to go on a run before the races.
