AM - 13.5 DC Trail.  5 mile Tempo/2 mile LT.  Well that was about enough of this crap for me.  Just wasn't there for me at all for the 2nd week in a row.  Stomach felt way off and the legs were just bricks.  Add in the mind just checking out and it became just a cruiser for me.  5 mile tempo on the Mayor's Loop was only 5:45 and then the "LT" tempo after a mile recover was a less-than-spectacular 5:36.  Done and done.  (Kinvara blue 59.75)

AM - 7 Lutheran/Sunrise.  A bit better today.  Woke up a little more refreshed - with no alarm, sleeping in a little bit.  It was nice.  Keep working toward a positive attitude and enjoy life and running.  (Adios 230.25)

AM - 12 Junction.  Headed out for a nice morning run from my house to Coral Canyon.  Got home and took the dogs around - trying to get Twix our dang hyper-active and annoying puppy to learn something... anything, and quit being such a pain!  (Kinvara Silver 469)

morning - 10 SugarHouse.  Ran a workout with the girls on the State course and talked some strategy with them.  Really solid workout for them; now to put it in action.  Then ran down to the Wahsatch Rendezvous and watched the JV'ers race.  (Ronin 465.25)

Not a bad week.  Got some rest.  Feeling decent.

Goals for next week: focus myself toward this final goal.  Try to stay relaxed and not stress myself to any sickness or tightness.
