morning - 10 SugarHouse. Ran a workout with the girls on the State course and talked some strategy with them. Really solid workout for them; now to put it in action. Then ran down to the Wahsatch Rendezvous and watched the JV'ers race. (Ronin 465.25)
Not a bad week. Got some rest. Feeling decent.
Goals for next week: focus myself toward this final goal. Try to stay relaxed and not stress myself to any sickness or tightness.
