AM - 15.75 Coral Canyon. Well, that was sucky. Ran just a mile with Twix and then wanted to get a 2 hour run in. Went out to the Junction and up over Gilbert. Then down into CC by the elementary and looped back to the Junction and home. Never felt good at all. The pace was super slow throughout. I don't care to be running a PR, I would just like to be able to run and not feel like a pile of crap. I've got some more blood test at the end of the month and maybe that will bring some answers as to why I can't heal or get in any shape. I know I haven't run hard in 6 months, but it's been a couple months of decent running and I should be able to do better than I am. Kinda bummed, but looking for continued improvement... I mean, at least I ran for 2 hours today, that's something. (Cumulus 124.75)
Felt like it was a good recovery week (until today).
Goals for next week: just keep doing whatever I do. It will be good to get back to practice.
