morning - 8 Dino Tracks. Abs and walked with the dogs (hoped it might stretch out the achilles in a less painful fashion than the morning run - it did a bit, but they were so wasted from yesterday that there was still a lot of pain). Anyway, ran Dino from the Millcreek side and then extended under the tunnel. He new shoes were okay. Good for achilles, but did slide around in my foot a little. I am going to wear the tomorrow, too. afternoon - 2.75 DI. Limited weights (actually benched the bar and it didn't put too much pressure on my wrist) and then an extended version of the DI Loop. Summer is hot. (Peg blue 524.75)
