morning - 5 miles with Clyde down to ocean from hotel and along storm wall.  Kind of a cool little run up on the storm wall.  Weather could not be better than this morning.  Too bad race isn't today.  But you live with it. (Glycerin 239.1)

Glad you guys made it there, hope you're having a good time. I ran the Race 4 Kids this morning 10K. I took 3rd, Steve Hooper was 2nd, and Steve Olsen won the race. I will fill out more info on the blog later. The race was ok, I thought Hooper ran smart, he stayed with me the first three miles, then took off. I didn't run that great, but I was one minute faster than laster year so I was happy with that. Hope the weather turns out to be good for you guys.

Fight through that weather coach, I'll pray for you :)

Congratulations on a PR in Boston, especially given the conditions. I was expecting you to run 2:43-2:44 under the circumstances. A little bit of struggle after 20 miles, but that's ok, you'll get over it with time.
