morning - 4.5 Boise.  Ran with Vis near the hotel.  It wa a nice morning out.  Now that I am writing this after, I can say that spirits were high and we expected the teams to run very well... they didn't do as well as hoped.  (Peg grey 82)

Another week up/Another week down.

Goals for next week: It is hitting a little bit that this is marathon week.  But it is hitting more that XC is actually nearing an end.  I don't like it. So the goals... stall time.
