morning - 3 DM. Walk with the dogs. Then took Twix up for a bit on the Dirt Mile after going a little with the little girls.  Then as I finished, Al was walking Molly; so Twix and I joined for some more walking  (Cumulus 349.5)

afternoon - 15 Rim Trail.  Planned on going more this afternoon without the dog on some trail  so when I finally got out, I went over to Hurricane and ran the Rim Trail.  It is one of my faves.  Went clear out to the rock pit. I felt pretty good and the temps were nice. A nice and much needed 2 hours out in the dirt.  (Sense 300.5)

I can’t wear half of them because of my achilles... but I do enjoy a good running shoe!
