afternoon - 10 8xOld Man Hills. Ran over to Old Mans with most of the team and did 8 solid 400 m. hills. Pushed pretty good - good workout. Hip feeling solid. Weights. Molly's Turf Run. (Boston 17)

That's basically what the kids were making fun of me about. We run these in a retirement community - thus the name... but they say that they get to run them at old man pace, which is apparently my pace. Jerks!

Almost all my wintertime runs feel like "old man" runs. Luckily spring in Idaho is only 5-6 months away!
