PM - 5 on treadmill at decline. Started off with a mile at 7:30, then one at 6:58, next one at 6:00, then back to 6:58 and 7:30. Turnover felt good. No soreness in knees, foot, or leg. I'm ready to roll. Wore Ohana Racers just to get the feel of them since it had been so long since wearing them. (Ohana 26) |
