AM - 8 Parkway. Another good run with the dog. No watch, but the pace was pretty decent. If I didn't hate waking up so much life would be very good. The temps were so nice, saw a shooting star, hammy is feeling nearly healed up, achilles isn't dropping me, still on a bit of a high from the team running so well at State, team got recognized at the fball game last night, fam is doing well (waiting for Py to march in a parade right now and everyone else is watching Laney play her first volleyball game). Just finding joy in life 'cause it isn't always like this. (Peg 765.25)
Enjoyed the week. At peace with my running.
Goals for next week: I actually wouldn't mind speeding up a bit. I think I'll try some of he tempo with the boys this week.
