AM - 7.75 Twix/AC.  Took the dog through DogTown and get a little mileage on a nice morning with a touch of fall in the air.  Then a few more miles with the team.  Ended with a pretty tired set of plyos.  (Peg blue 305.5)

afternoon - 7 FireStation desert. Just a bit of running in the heat with a nice dip in the Boilers. No strides for me after; my achs didn't feel like it.
