AM - 7.25 Twix/Sunrise.  Wow!  So super slow to start the morning.  I am really drained.  (Pace 31.5)

afternoon - 2 BHNP. When you have a day like this, you have to count everything you can. Around 1.5 setting up the course and around .5 yelling at everyone to clear the course when the storm hit. Bumma that the Lightning came and ruined our meet. We'll try and reschedule the relays next week - probs Tuesday. (Hyper Speed 2 556.75)
