AM - 7.25 Twix/AC.  Very painful start to the day with the right achilles really acting up this morning.  Got 4 in with Twix around the neighborhood.  Then 25 mins with the team this morning.  Ended up with some pretty week plyos.  (Riders 624.5)

afternoon - 7.25 FireStation Desert.  Up into the north desert after picking up Alex who forgot some shorts.  Hit a short dip in the Boilers to round out the run.  Achilles still flaring up.  (Peg Oly 42)
