AM - 6 4x800's. Ran the workout with a few of the girls. Hit 2:50 throughout and it was a decent little run. (F50 644) afternoon - 7.5 4x800's. DI warm/cool and some 800's at 2:20-2:25. Was pretty tough for an old slow guy, but nice to push. Helped Byron finish off his workout by running the last 4 of his final two 8's. (Hyper Speed2 450.5) |
