AM - 10.25 Clyde's. Nice run with Logan. A bit chilly by the river as I almost froze my hands. (Kinvara lime 423.25)

afternoon - 7 Foremaster. Much warmer run. Enjoyed a good run with mostly Abel and Colton after dropping off the younger guys. Finished up with 8xbarefoot striders. Not too beat up from yesterday. (Kinvara Silver 326.75)(Barefoot '13 12)
