afternoon - 8.5 BHNP. Warm and cool around some long reps that I ran with the main JV crew. Ran them at 8k pace for a 18:00 5k - which was 5:50 pace. Did 2000, 1600, 1200, 1600. The group did well. Looked like all the groups did well on a physically and mentally tough workout. Finger didn't bug too bad. Always just worried about hitting the finger - plus it is a pain to hold it up high near my chest and to not be able to bend the fingers. But just happy to still have a whole finger! (Peg blue 332.5)
