AM - 8 Snow Canyon.  Out and back on the SC Parkway before going up to aid station the marathon.  Pace was nice and quick and I just felt good.  I've always enjoyed running out there.  Had a good time at the marathon. Fun seeing some old buddies out doing their thing.  (Boston 112.75)

Goals for next week: Probably just kinda keep life about where it is at.  I think I might try and run the Snow Canyon Half.

Thanks for cheering Holt! It was good to see you even if just in passing. It's not the same without you "original" St George boys running though!
