AM - 8 DogTown/GS.  Just around town with the dog in the nice cooler weather.  Then with the team up Green Springs again.  (Riders 455.25)

afternoon - 4.5 Sand Hill.  Well I didn't run any Sand Hills - I think that would send my achilles to the point of true destruction.  But ran up there and coached 'em up.  I really hate my Ronins.  I think I should retire them.  There... just decided it.  They are done.  I will go put them in the donation pile today.  To ensure such I am taking them off the shoe manager.  That makes it official!  (Ronin 534)
